DELIVERY TIMES

• Turnaround times vary depending on the extension and complexity of the project.

• We have a standard of 1,500 – 2,000 words per day. (6-8 pages). (English > Spanish, Non Certified Translation) (For Spanish into English, 900 – 1,700 words per day = 4-7 pages)

• One additional business day must be added for every 1,500 – 2,000 words in excess of the aforementioned limit.

• An assignment of more than such extension is regarded as urgent and must be assessed for relevant feasibility and prices.

• Urgent jobs are charged an additional 30%.

• Please allow us to remind you that the earlier we recieve your document, the better service we can offer.

• We guarantee to comply with the deadline we had agreed. To that end, we also need to keep with our communication open as much as possible in case we need to contact you for a query regarding your translation.
